Orthopedic Sports Institute (OSI) is looking for an experienced Radiology Technologist to join our team. This position works day shifts – 16 hours per week.

OSI, is a busy, orthopedic practice with locations in Coeur d’Alene and Hayden Idaho. You will work closely with our specialized and fellowship-training surgeons and other healthcare providers in a clinic setting. These include orthopedic urgent care, physical therapy, durable medical equipment (DME) departments.

Job Duties:

  • Completes all radiological exams.
  • The Radiology Technician carries out the tests by following the procedures for use of the specific equipment required.
  • Provides excellent customer service to our patients.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality.
  • If necessary, will assist other clinical staff with cleaning rooms, rooming patients, and doing Medical Histories.
  • Stays in compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patients and or other clinic personal.
  • Answer patient questions or concerns about the procedure.
  • Cross train to assist with DME and patient history and intake.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Minimum Requirements:

  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required; If registry is pending, must complete within 6 months from date of hire into this job classification.
  • Knowledge of current medical standards and regulations.
  • Interpersonal/human relations skills; provides professional, positive customer service to all patients and works well with other staff.
  • Ability to maintain and accurately record EHR files.
